Please read the following before applying for RWCSA membership

The membership to Fresco RWCSA is open to any resident who fulfills the following criterias as per HRRS Act 2012 and Byelaws of the Association

1. Is the first owner of an apartment in Fresco.
2. Has attained the age of maturity and has interest in the development and progress of the society.
3. Pledges to abide to the bye-laws of the society.
4. Does not have any criminal conviction.

Documents required for membership:

Document showing Proof of ownership : Possession letter, Sale / Conveyance deed

Document showing proof of identity with DOB and Fathers name: Passport, Aadhar card, Driving licence
