The fresco rwcsa is an association formed by the residents ( flat owners) of fresco apartments. The governing body comprises of 7 members elected from amongst the members of the rwcsa.

Elections are held every 2 years .

The rules and regulations and election procedures of the rwcsa is governed by the HRRS ACT , Haryana

The RWCSA was formed primarily to look into matters pertaining to the general welfare of the residents which includes maintenance , estate mamagement , general disputes and also formulates guidelines for residents to adhere to.

The executive committee meets regularly to take stock of prevailing situations, and takes decisions accordingly. Very crucial decesions are taken after calling for a general body meeting ( GBM) comprising of all the rwcsa members.

We would strongly encourage every flat owner to become a member of rwcsa and contribute towards decision making processes and give valuable insights and opinions about the general upkeep of the estate.
