Visitor Management System

This is an app based solution that replaces the older traditional system of maintaining registers for visitor entry and exit.
The system consists of a smartphone based app called City Spidey which has to be installed onto the residents phones. This app enables the residents to receive a notification when their guests or vendors arrive at the main gate. The resident via City Spidey can then approve or deny accecss to the visior or vendor.  All visitors’ vehicles will also be registered via the City Spidey app, who upon approval by the respective resident shall be allowed entry.

Process involved
After downloading the app from the playstore and completing the registration, the system administrator will then approve the request following which the features of the app can be used by a resident. The resident may also choose to add other members of the household who will also receive a notification when a visitor or vendor arrives at the gate, and requests entry to a particular apartment.

There are a host of other features within the app which will be implemented in phases.
