Furthur information regarding RFID based Vehicle Access Control implementation

W.E.F. 15th March we will be implementing stage 1 of RFID Based Vehicular Access Control in fresco. All resident’s vehicles will be RFID controlled.
Thus it will be important for all residents to purchase the RFID tags before 15th March 2019 for hassle free access in Fresco beginning 16th March 2019.

As per the decision taken in GBM (general body meeting), the price of one RFID tag per vehicle will be Rs.1000. This is a one time cost which will contribute towards purchasing of 5 boom barriers. In stage 2 – Two RFID boom barriers will be put up at entrance of both the basement gates and finally in stage 3 one boom barrier will be put up at the exit gate

Residents can collect their tags Sunday( 10th Feb) onwards from Annu tel no: 99717 97628 , who sits in Media Room from 10 am to 6 pm, after presenting the necessary documents as mentioned below:-

1. Copy of Vehicle registration certificate
2. Document showing parking allocation number.
You can make the payments by Cheque, online transfer or by cash to Annu(after taking receipt)

Other relevant information
1. Please Note the surface parking is for visitors only. Residents cannot park on the surface for more than 30 minutes. Failure to comply with this will lead to vehicle being clamped, which will be removed only after paying a fine of Rs 500 which will be deducted from the meter.

2. Vehicles of visitors will get an entry after obtaining a visitor card from the gate which has to be displayed on the windscreen of the vehicle all the time.

3. Residents who have more vehicles than the ones allocated to them as per their conveyance deed can get extra vehicles parking a by payment of Rs 500 per month or Rs 5000 per year.

4. We are in touch with Nirvana for double security checks. They may start operating their boom barriers at Deer wood entrance where cars with Fresco stickers will get hindrance free access. Hence it’s important for all the residents to collect their Fresco car stickers as well. Some residents had paid for temporary parking stickers last year. They will not be asked to pay again for the amount they have already paid now and their temporary parking duration will start from 1st March 2019.

Please note that purchase of Boom Barriers is done by Fresco RWCSA and Unitech is not linked to this purchase. Presently the boom barriers are under warrantee but once the AMC starts, the cost of AMC will be taken from maintenance account. Any damage caused to the boom barriers, should a vehicle hits the boom barrier, will be recovered from the erring vehicle owner.
We request the residents to cooperate with us and help us make Fresco a safe place to stay. A breach in security may invite unwanted visitors to Fresco and they may cause damage to property/residents of Fresco and its important to stop their entry.
